Kristin Niebergall began her Real Estate career in 2006 and offers both an outstanding level of real estate knowledge and an exceptional level of professionalism. Kristin is a licensed REALTOR® with almost 10 years of experience in the real estate business. She has participated in a range of real estate transactions, including luxury residential properties, condos, retirement homes and rental properties in Pierce County. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Kristin obtained her MBA while working for USAA in Frankfurt, Germany. After returning to the US, she held Marketing and Project Management positions at Nike, Daimler and The Rush Companies. She became a REALTOR® in 2006 and partnered with her mother, Mary Loovis, until Mary retired in 2010.
Kristin has a home in University Place where she enjoys running at the Chambers Bay Golf Course, attending concerts at the Curran Apple Orchard, participating in local sports events with her husband and two children, and volunteering her time doing community service.
