After selling our house, with Kristin's help, we set out to find another home. Kristin did her best to find the next home, but the right one was not obvious. Discouraged, we decided to rent a while, and even had trouble finding that option. Kristin worked hard and identified a wonderful new rental for us to settle into by closing on our sold house. Very shortly thereafter, we saw the house we now enjoy and Kristin represented us in the purchase. Her professionalism and patience (which even included a ferry) provided us with the support we needed to close a deal in a favorable time and for the right price.
