I had the privilege of working with Rob and Jessica Clark who have recently relocated to the area as Rob was offered a position as Minister of Youth at University Place Presbyterian Church. With family in Gig Harbor, friends in the North End and the need to be within close proximity to the church, we happened upon this home that had just been listed and jumped on it immediately. The Clarks are now situated in their new home and little Isabelle and their dog Kershaw have a great space to run and play. Thanks to the Clarks for trusting me with your business!
The McBrides were referred to me by one of my lenders. The military was relocating them to the Tacoma area. They were out-of-state during the home search so I would go to various homes and either take videos or Facetime with them. They came into town for the inspection and closed on the home and moved in just a few weeks later.
Penny decided to sell her family home after living there for more than 30 years and raising her children there. The maintenance of the home and the yard became overwhelming, so she wanted to find a place that was more manageable. I helped her purchase a condo, which she personalized and made her own. After she moved, we prepped her home for sale and sold it. She is happy having less responsibility and living a simpler life.
Charles and Levita own a tri-level home and decided it was time to start thinking about downsizing. They asked me to keep my eyes peeled for a nice, one-level condo. We found one that suited their needs quite well, so they purchased that property, made it shine with some new paint and moved in. Now they are in the process of preparing their home for sale. This process was no easy task, but they are happy where they are and know it was the right time to move before they were no longer able to do so on their own. They also feel that a huge burden has been taken off their shoulders.
