My wife and I met Kristin Niebergall at an open house ~3 years ago. We owned a rental property in the area - but weren't ready to sell our home at that time. It was important to me that the agent I chose have integrity and be someone I could trust. I knew that Kristen had the qualities and she came highly recommended by friends. Kristen knew the area and stayed current on the price at which I should list my property. This was important because there were several current sales in the area and the prices continued to rise. Had she not stayed current, my selling price would have been less. Communication was important to me and Kristen kept me informed throughout the process. She handled some slightly complicated issues quickly and took pressure off me. I could not have asked for a better experience in selling my house. Kristin was recommended by a good friend. I asked Kristin to do a market analysis of my home a year prior to the sale to give me some idea of its value. Since I had owned the home for 36 year, I had no idea. Kristin developed a marketing strategy that resulted in a quick sale. In a seller's market, Kristin set the correct asking price. Several other homes in the neighborhood went on the market at the same time. Mine was the only one that received an offer.
