Kristin has a home in the great community of University Place and enjoys swimming at the YMCA, walking her yellow lab, Lucy, cheering on both her 14 year-old daughter, Enya, who plays soccer on the Washington Premier 05 ECNL team and her 10 year-old son, Luca, who plays soccer and baseball, as well as attending local sports events with her whole family.

She also volunteers her time supporting the Coffee Oasis, the first shelter in Pierce County for youth experiencing homelessness; Angel Tree Ministries, delivering Christmas gifts to children who have parents who are incarcerated; and Community Christmas at UPPC which provides Christmas gifts to families in need.

Navigating the multifaceted decisions needed in today’s real estate market requires an agent with dedication, experience, and professionalism. Kristin is devoted to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, and enthusiasm. Especially during shifting market cycles, Kristin provides her clients all the information they will need to help them make informed real estate investment decisions.

The power of relationships and the experience to know how to get things done is the foundation of a successful real estate transaction. Kristin is well regarded by her peers and has created valuable working relationships with other professionals in the business, including title companies, attorneys, lenders and appraisers.
